Women’s socio-professionnal integration through carpentry in Lebanon, from Beirut to Tripoli (2023-2024)

In 2023, in light of the success of previous training sessions and the enthusiasm shown by beneficiaries to continue their apprenticeship to overcome daily challenges Lebanon is facing, we were funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs with 417k€ to support our change of scale and pursue our mission of supporting vulnerable women in the development of technical and manual skills.

Drawing on our previous experience and the expertise that Warchée has developed since its creation, this project has enabled us to develop and sthrengthen a precise pedagogical route in the form of a training curriculum through a partnership with the CMA network and to open a second workshop in Tripoli.
