Return Conditions
You may only return products that are:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging
If you've already received the items at the time of cancellation, you must return them within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We recommend using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the products until they reach our warehouse, and for any damage incurred during return transit.
Refunds
Returned items will be inspected. If approved, we will refund your payment—excluding any additional delivery costs (e.g., if you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard method).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but may be delayed until:
- We receive the returned items, or
- You provide proof of return shipment—whichever comes first.
Defective Products
If a product is defective, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws. The standard return window does not affect your rights in such cases. For more on defective products, please see the next section.
Defects & Complaints
Our responsibility for product defects is governed by applicable consumer protection laws. If you discover a defect in a product, please contact our customer service—regardless of whether the cancellation period has passed. However, you must report the issue within a reasonable time after noticing (or having reason to notice) the defect.
To report a defect, please contact us via email, mail, or phone. When submitting your complaint, include:
- A clear description of the issue
- Your order number
- Photographs of the defect
Due to the handmade nature and natural materials of many of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or grain may occur. These are not considered defects.
Warranty
All Wé by Warchée products come with a six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or neglect
- Failure to follow care instructions
