Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 March will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all countries.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days with photos of the damage.
