Products
All our indoor products are crafted from Walnut, Ash, Beech, and/or Pine, and are finished with natural Lebanese olive oil. These woods naturally deepen in color over time. As soon as your item is unboxed, it will begin to react to UV light, gradually shifting into a richer tone that highlights the natural beauty of the material.
General Cleaning
To maintain your product, promptly wipe off any liquids and keep the surface clean and dry. Regularly clean using a soft cloth dampened with water and a mild, neutral detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive rubbing.
Stain Removal
For stains, start by gently wiping with a cloth and neutral detergent. If that doesn’t remove the stain, try applying natural matte edible wood oil, wax, or olive oil using a clean cloth. Always follow the direction of the wood grain, and be sure to wipe off any excess oil.
Care & Maintenance
At Wé by Warchée, we embrace the natural aging and character of Walnut, Ash, Beech, and Pine. Our products do not require frequent maintenance. However, for those who wish to refresh their piece, we recommend gently sanding the surface with a 320-grit fine sanding cloth every 2 to 5 years. Always sand along the grain. After sanding, apply matte wood oil, wax, or olive oil. Let it absorb for 10 minutes, then wipe off the excess and polish with a clean cloth. You may also apply oil or wax without sanding, but sanding helps remove minor stains and scratches and allows the treatment to penetrate more deeply.
Recycling
Our products are designed to last for decades. We hope you'll enjoy and care for them over many years. When you're ready to part with a piece, consider passing it on to someone else. If you wish to recycle, follow local recycling guidelines for each material or product category. Alternatively, you can take your item to a local carpenter or, if you're based in Lebanon, return it to a Wé by Warchée workshop for maintenance.

Welcome to the Wé by Warchée website and online store.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 1, 2025.
Please read them carefully. By accessing our website or purchasing through our online store, you (“customer,” “user,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update the Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on our site. Please review the current Terms before placing an order.
Our online store is intended for consumers aged 18 or older. If you are a business or organization interested in purchasing our products, please contact us directly at info@warchee.org.
Registration & Website Use
Customers may choose to register on the Wé by Warchée website by completing a registration form and selecting a username and password. Registration is optional—orders can also be placed without creating an account.
You are solely responsible for any activity conducted under your username and password. Please ensure your login credentials remain confidential and are not shared with others. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or a breach of your password, contact us immediately. Wé by Warchée reserves the right to suspend or block access to your account at any time and without prior notice.
Ordering & Order Process
To order products, simply add items to your shopping cart and complete payment through our online payment system. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time.
A binding contract is established once Wé by Warchée sends you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email with shipping details and a tracking number.
Discount, promotional, or voucher codes are valid for single use only and cannot be combined with other offers. These codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added or credited after the order has been submitted.
All personal information is treated with strict confidentiality. Contact details collected during the order process will be used solely to fulfill your order or resolve any related issues, unless you have given explicit permission for other uses.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Wé by Warchée reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is refused or cancelled, we will notify you promptly and refund any payments made.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices do not include taxes or delivery fees, which are added at checkout.
If you are purchasing from outside Lebanon, please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, local taxes, and other charges in your destination country.
From time to time, we may offer product-specific discounts at our discretion. These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or codes unless explicitly stated.
