Shipping Policy

Delivery & Payment Methods

Wé by Warchée partners with third-party couriers to deliver your order. Delivery costs and any applicable fees will be calculated at checkout and shown before you finalize your purchase.

We offer a variety of payment methods, including:

  • Credit Cards
  • Online Banking
  • Mobile Payment Options

Payments are processed through authorized service provider MyMonty, which partners with Lebanese banks and credit institutions. On your bank or card statement, MyMonty will appear as the payment recipient and will forward the payment to Wé by Warchée.

If you encounter any issues with payment, please contact the customer service of the payment provider directly.

 

Delivery

We currently ship to the following mainland countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands.

If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@warchee.org to inquire about availability.

While these Terms apply primarily to consumer customers, we also ship worldwide for business-to-business transactions and project orders for architects and designers.


Delivery Method & Costs
The delivery method and associated costs are based on the size and type of the items ordered:

  • Smaller items (e.g., chairs, stools) are delivered directly to your door.
  • Larger items (e.g., tables, outdoor furniture) or multi-item orders are shipped on pallets and delivered curbside.

Delivery methods and related costs are indicated on each product page and calculated at checkout.

Shipping Provider
We currently use DHL for all deliveries. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

  • In-stock items: 5–10 business days
  • Out-of-stock items: 2–8 weeks (exact status shown on each product page)

We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple deliveries if necessary.

Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are made on weekdays during standard business hours.
  • You will receive a tracking number and can coordinate directly with the courier to reschedule, if needed.
  • If delivery fails due to the recipient’s absence, the order may be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Delivery does not include bringing items inside the residence or removing packaging materials or pallets.

Please ensure your contact details, delivery address, and any additional info (such as building access codes) are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Responsibility & Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage during transit. However, once the product is delivered to the customer or an agreed collection location, responsibility transfers to the customer.

In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), we are not liable for delays or failure to deliver.

 

Cancellations & Returns

Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product(s). If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, the cancellation window closes 14 days after the final delivery.

To meet the deadline, simply send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period ends. If the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, notice may be submitted on the next business day.

Important: You may cancel any order before it is shipped, regardless of the 14-day rule.

How to Cancel
To cancel your order, you may:

  • Email a completed cancellation form to info@warchee.org, or
  • Send a free-form notice clearly stating your intent to cancel (include your order number).

The cancellation is valid once received and acknowledged by us. The customer is responsible for proving that the cancellation notice was sent.
