Inclusive carpentry integration (2025-2027)

Awarded by the Fonds Francophonie avec Elles 2024, Warchée will be supported with 98k€ for 18 months of implementation and 18 months of monitoring and evaluation for a project at the heart of employability. Given the lack of professional integration opportunities for women in predominantly male-dominated professions, and the need to consolidate job opportunities, Warchée will work to challenge gender roles not only in communities, but also in companies.
